PRICE PROTECTION: Your agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. Prices will not be raised for following renewal periods, without first notifying you. (We charge by the job giving you clear prices Upfront and honest, not by the hour, so you save money.)

PERIODIC INSPECTIONS: The number and severity of emergency calls are reduced by discovery and uncovering of potential problems so that can be corrected inexpensively before they get a chance to cause major electrical repair bills or home damage.
BOOKKEEPING: The Empire Family of Services will maintain complete records of all maintenance, repairs, additions and upgrades performed by our MASTER ELECTRICIANS and will provide you with a written report upon the completion of any electrical repair or electrical maintenance that we help you with.
TRANSFERABLE AGREEMENT: This agreement is transferable to the new owner should the property exchange hands or you can take it with you to provide you peace of mind in your new home. (This is subject to the availability of authorized service company in your new area)
EXTENDED GUARANTEES: Your Ultimate Service Agreement not only will maintain your electrical systems, but also qualifies to extend just about any electrical repair, any electrical upgrade and any electrical addition to a full 10 years parts and labor. This guarantee is in writing on each and every agreement that we perform. You need only invest once in any electrical repair, electrical addition or electrical upgrade.

We will come to your home and perform the following at your convenience in pre designated intervals.
- Home: Inspect to current code status.
- Main Electrical Panel: Inspect and test all circuit breakers for proper operation. Re-torque all electrical connections.
- Perform current load test on each main feed line and balance load when required.
- Lighting: Inspect and test all indoor and outdoor lighting for proper operation.
- Smoke Detectors: Inspect and test, replace up to two nine volt batteries free of charge.
- Electronic Appliances: Inspect for surge and lightning protects.
- Electric Receptacles: Inspect and test for proper polarity, opens, shorts and grounds.
- Ground Fault Interrupt: Inspect and test safety shutdown operation.
